The Gonet-Sulcova family relies on a 20 Ha vineyard, most of it being situated in the Côte des Blancs and some patches are located in the Aube department. They produce a homogenous range of tough and vinous champagnes. Most of the wines are predominantly made of Chardonnay and they constitute a well-made range.

The beautiful terroirs of Montgueux allowed the creation of this cuvée which is fresh and delicate but also deep, complete, precise and delectable.
Extra-Brut Cuvée Sakura *
Charles Gonet created this domain at the beginning of the 20th century. It was then developed by his son, Jacques. Vincent Gonet and his wife Davy Sulcova decided to run the family business in 1985, they launched their own brand and settled in Epernay. Their children Yan-Alexandre and Karla took over from their parents in 2006. Together they manage 14.5 Ha in the Côte des Blanc and Montgueux in the department of Aube. (RM)
Made from pure Pinot Noir, it is a rosé whose very light salmon colour comes from its blending of red wine. Black grapes give some structure, breadth and length to this floral and fruity (strawberry, morello cherry) champagne. Its low dosage highlights its sharpness. Wine with elegance.
